Abstract

In recent years, the broccoli has developed into Yunnan Province's main export one of the fine vegetable, but with the development of modern industrial, the Broccoli part production environment by the potential threat of heavy metal pollution to some extent, restricted the safe production of broccoli . This article focused on the practical issues of safe vegetable production in Yunnan by pot experiment to study of Pb, Cd stress conditions, Broccoli yield and quality differences; broccoli absorption of heavy metals enrichment breed characteristics and location differences. Provide a scientific basis for the development of the broccoli production safety technical specifications to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products, and the development of the vegetable industry in Yunnan, and even soil resource utilization and farmland environmental governance. 4 broccoli varieties planted area of ??Yunnan Province were selected set Cd single stress Pb single stress, Cd and Pb Combined Stress three sets of experiments to study different concentrations of Pb of Cd stress, the different varieties of broccoli fertility traits and biological yield and nutritional quality differences in different parts of the different varieties of broccoli uptake and accumulation of Pb, Cd. The test results showed that: 1, Cd, Pb stress, especially in Cd stress, datura green sprout speed rapidly, excellent followed by jade crown, Jade poor; Cd, Pb stress, Broccoli growth slow development, small plant, sparse leaves, leaf area, small curd buds are unevenly distributed, squaring period 5-10 days earlier than the control. , Lead and cadmium pollution have a certain influence on curd yield, biological yield and food production in different varieties with (F = 7.926, F = 5.976), impact datura green gt; gt; Jade the crown and Jade gt; excellent ; add lead and cadmium in the broccoli food production, with significant differences between the different levels of processing (F = 3.076), the impact Pb1000Cd100 gt; Pb500Cd50, Cd100, Pb1000 and gt; Cd50 Pb250Cd25 the Pb250 gt; Cd25, Pb500. Showing an overall composite add greater than a single add high concentrations of greater than low concentrations, the added cadmium hazards than add lead; very significant differences between varieties; Cd, Pb the combined pollution Broccoli cut a synergistic effect. , Broccoli soil absorption of Pb, Cd, varieties have a significant or very significant differences, four broccoli varieties, less heavy metals Pb, Cd absorption is excellent, followed datura green. The relatively high uptake and accumulation of heavy metals Pb, Cd Jade and Jade crown. Therefore, in the higher background values ??of heavy metals on the arable soil, planting broccoli varieties preferred excellent such varieties, followed by datura green. Jade and jade crown can only choose within a relatively clean and free of heavy metal contamination of arable land area planted. To add this experimental level of lead and cadmium in the soil, broccoli in Pb and Cd concentrations are exceeded. Lead and Cadmium Stress broccoli absorption of lead is mainly distributed in the curd and leaves, flowers ball content is almost 2 times the stem; cadmium distribution of root and stem, bouquet containing about 55% of the cadmium content just root. 5, Cd, Pb stress on growth of broccoli crude fiber, crude protein, reducing sugars, vitamin C content of the nutritional quality indicators significantly lower than the control heavy metal pollution on the quality of broccoli. Stress of Cd, Pb, broccoli vitamin C, reducing sugars, protein content decreased, the increase in crude fiber, affect the taste. 6, after the planting of the season broccoli, Cd, Pb added most of the residues in the soil, will cause continued pollution of soil and crops.
