Abstract


In thes paPer, the design theory and stheC’tUr chart of a newgeneration of DVD servo system is introduced. The design of a control softwar basedon embedded microcontroller is emphatic discussed. The method of Real Time multi-tasking processing is adopted in the conttol software. The efficiency of software isimProved. The conventonal design method of control software based on embeddedmicrocofitrOller is changed. The control software is divided twO pans, one is systemsofteware, the other is aPplication softwar. The designs of these programs includingmuIti-taSking Processing, intemiPt Processing, resource management, system startUP insyStCm software and syStCm managemellt, data processing, servo processing inaPplication software are detailed dissertated. The microcontroller embedded in the DVDservo system is 80C52. The source program is progranuned in C langUage (C5l ). ThecolltrOl softwar holds such virtUe as easy migraion and easy servicing.
