Abstract


The digital RF memory (DRFM) is a microwave signal storage system, it can be sampled and stored on the input of the radio frequency (RF) signal , and signal reconstruction according to the control instruction . It has become a key component in the electronic countermeasures system , is mainly used to produce the drag from the interference signals and false target spoofing signal . This paper discusses in detail the design and implementation of phase quantization DRFM . The the GaAs integrated A / D and the D / A converter circuit Si_ECL and RF microwave devices in the present system has been applied. Shows like pulse storage phase fracture problem , this paper presents two practical phase correction . Problems encountered in high - speed ECL circuit design and debugging , also discussed in detail .
