Abstract


At present, there are many CSCs (Customer Service Center) which are limited to their own trade areas and difficult to extend to the others. The ideal of VCSC(Virual Customer Service Center) is introduced to resolve such a problem. It抯 very necessary to build a software system with good flexibilities to support VCSC. So MBDAF(Message-Based Distributed Application Framework) is proposed and designed in this paper to meet the need. MBDAF can support ASM(Asynchoronous Service Mode) and the logic of application. It also has the ability of soft real-time control to some degree. MBDAF is composed of three parts. The first is ICC(Inter-Component Communication), which is designed to define and implement the mechanism of communication between components. The second is MBMTVM(Message-Based Multi-Thread Virtual Machine), which provides applications with ASM and controls of soft real-time. And the third is MFC(Message Flow Chart), which is designed to describe and support the logic of applications in CSC. An application instance of MBDAF is presented at the end of this paper.
