Abstract


Nowadays all levels electronic government Affair networks of our nation are being in building and interconnecting step by step. Along with the network’s construction, there are two most emergent things, one is that“isolate vertically, but interconnect horizontally”between the every government sections, the other is that how to run multiple logical networks on one entity physical network.With the Rapid dveloment of E-government applications, the traditional IP-based netork cannot satisfy the demand for complex applications any more.therefore, it is necessary to introduce MPLS technology into the construction of E-government networks.Thesis first introduce briefly the background,purposes of the mpls ,analyses the principle and characteristic of MPLS VPN technology .then ,on the basis of basic thorries of MPLS thchnology,it presents the basic definitions, application advanteages and deploying models of MPLS VPN and MPLS TE flow capacity engineering。Finally, this design was applied in the NanTong City Electronic Government Affair Network, the result shows the MPLS VPN technology achieves the Electronic Government MAN’S original intention, realizes the network’s designed function, and makes it the classical case of MPLS VPN technology in electronic government affair networks. NanTong City Electronic Government MAN provides a success precedent for the subsequent large、complex networks.
