Abstract

This paper lists several typical sea - spectrum model in the course of development of sea spectrum , highlight the underutilized generated sea spectrum model . Use of analytical methods to simulate the fully generated underutilized generate sea , in addition to the introduction of the bispectrum model , this model considers the tilt effect of the waves caused by the wind direction . Dual - scale method to calculate sufficiently generated and is not sufficiently generated the scattering coefficient of the sea surface , and scattering coefficient is analyzed under different conditions with parameter trends , such as with the angle of incidence , and friction velocity , incident frequency , characterized in slope , and so on , qualitative discussion their characteristics , compare the scattering values ??under similar conditions , steady-state and unsteady sea and to consider the amendment to the wind direction and the shielding effect , making the two-scale methods of calculation results with experimental data coincide better . Taking into account the important contribution of the large wind speed bubble scattering , using an equivalent method , the foam layer as a small ball of particles follow a distribution pattern superimposed on a dual - scale surface model . The derivation of the Green's function method for solving the equations of the electromagnetic field random fluctuations process given the bubble scattering coefficient and surface scattering coefficient weighted docking .
