Abstract


The business plan is a business plan developed by the enterprises to carry out a business or several business combinations. In addition to its business operation and management activities (such as marketing, management, financial, etc.) from the plan guiding role, but also in market activities to seek strategic alliances and cooperation, an important tool for financing. Therefore, the preparation of the business plan should be one of the important skills of MBA students. However, due to the preparation of the business plan involves the basic principles and knowledge of multiple disciplines of business administration, the majority of schools do not offer related courses, causing the majority of MBA students lack a business plan writing skills, the preparation of the plan there are problems, You can not play its due effect. In addition, by browsing some domestic guidelines for the preparation of a business plan, found most of the reference is relatively simple, only describes the format of the plan, but the lack of guidance on the preparation of the content of the various parts of (theoretical guidance), resulting in many parts of the regulating the business plan does not meet foreign requirements, can not play its due role. To this end, I concluded last year to write the business plan of the media industry experience and collection of domestic and international business plan based on the guidelines for the preparation of samples, the theoretical and practical issues of standardization of the business plan prepared for the media industry research, trying to theory combined with practice, the process of preparing a comprehensive business plan, provide a depth guide for the preparation of this type of business plan. This thesis is divided into four parts: 1, purpose and meaning; 2, the significance of the business plan, the role and the main problem; 3, the guidelines for the preparation of various parts; 4, other written Note. Wherein the main content is concentrated in the third portion. Media industry business plan preparation ideas, should first conduct market research, market analysis and competitive analysis on this basis, and then analyze the opportunities and threats of the industry, the development of corporate competitive strategy, after plans to develop a marketing strategy under the guidance of the management plan and financial plans, financing needs, but also the proposed financing package. The content of these work, mainly reflected in each part of the contents of the following business plan: a summary of the (a) plan, (b) Company Overview, (c) the products and services, (4) market analysis, (5) competitive analysis (six ) risk factors, (g) lt; WP = 3 gt; marketing plan, (viii) management plan, (9) financial plan (10) financing, (11) Appendix. The preparation of a business plan requires the use of modern enterprise management knowledge, especially the theory of market analysis, marketing principles, competitive analysis, strategic management, financial management theory. Therefore, in each part of the business plan preparation methods, first introduced the theoretical basis of the content of the various parts, and then describes the application of these theories in the media industry, also provides the text of the content of the author to write a business plan. The characteristics of the present paper is to integrate theory with practice, carried out the analysis of theoretical issues involved in the media industry, a business plan writing, and summary analysis of the ideas used in a newspaper revision practice, write a business to meet foreign regulatory requirements The plan can provide theoretical and practical reference for future similar industry as well as other industry business plan preparation.
