Abstract


Firstly, on a reducing atmosphere protection, under the conditions of the presence of carbon nitride of aluminum thermal reduction reaction of TiN-Al 2 O 3 -C composite powders were study , the use of XRD, SEM and EPMA of temperature, amount of graphite added , adding carbon black , TiO 2 / Al reaction sintering process parameters such as product performance , composition, and microstructure . This paper also studied two different substrates composed of fine TiN-Al 2 O 3 -C composite refractories physical properties and slag resistance , and Al 2 O 2 O 3 -C materials to do a comparison . By SEM and EPMA analysis by means of TiN-Al 2 O 3 -C composite refractory slag resistance mechanism was analyzed . Also, study the TiN-Al 2 O 3 -C composite corundum material antioxidant properties.
