Abstract

Flax is a semi-arid areas in the central part of the main oil crops in Gansu Province. In this study, all fertilization treatments, nitrogen, total phosphorus nutrients premise given Asia on the 17th for the experimental material, the use of field plot experiment, method of combining indoor analytical testing of soil organic matter in different growth stages of different fertilization treatments dynamic changes of the soil available nutrient status of flax different growth stages of different parts of the absorption of nutrients, flax yield and its components carried out a systematic study, results showed that: 1. fertilization treatments can increase the content of soil organic matter and available nutrients. In terms of organic matter, organic and inorganic with the treatment can significantly increase their content, effect than inorganic processing significantly. Soil available nitrogen and available phosphorus in different growth period roughly oblique \Soil available nutrient content between each treatment no significant differences in Chemical Fertilizer and organic and inorganic fertilizers in the contribution of soil available nutrients than chemical fertilizer alone or single organic fertilizer. 2. Less flax pre-absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, mainly concentrated in the flowering and maturing. Fertilization can promote flax seeds, stems and leaves, capsules skin roots absorption of nutrients, fertilizer fertilizer and organic manure and chemical fertilizer treatment was significantly higher than inorganic fertilizer or single organic fertilizer, the fertilizer used in conjunction to promote flax for nutrients absorption, which is the most significant effect of NPK fertilizer. From the nutrients in the allocation of the various parts of the vegetative stage, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium are mainly concentrated in the stems and leaves, less content in the roots, stems, leaves and roots of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium absorption variations of 0.93 kg. hm-2 -33.13 kg.hm-2, 0.68 kg.hm-2 -19.47 kg.hm-2, 2.81 kg.hm-2 -52.14 kg.hm-2, respectively, of the total absorption of 1.02% -31.56% , 0.52% - 23.80%, 4.31% -53.08% to maturity, nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is mainly transferred to the grain, respectively, of the total absorption 61.07% -63.37% 72.48% -73.19% 26.77% -30.51 %. And no fertilizer, fertilizer treatments can increase the flax harvest index of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium, the change rate of 63.92% -66.09% 74.73% -75.50% 31.23% -34.05%, which NPK fertilizer nutrient highest harvest index, different fertilizer treatments nitrogen, phosphorus harvest index no difference, potassium harvest index difference is significant. 3 fertilization treatments can promote growth and dry matter accumulation of flax, with phosphorus fertilizer is better than a single chemical fertilizers or single organic fertilizer. The flax root to shoot ratio gradually declining trend with the propulsion of the growth period. Rational use of fertilizers, organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer and organic manure fertilizer could significantly increase the number of flax effective capsule, grain number, grain weight, thereby enhancing the flax of economic output, the order of NPK fertilization treatments flax yield gt; MNP gt; NP gt ; M gt; SNP gt; N gt; S gt; P gt; the CK yield increase of 24.9% - 206.2%, which NPK and MNP process the highest yield of 2297.0 kg.hm-2 and 2271.0 kg.hm, respectively -2, and the variation of the economic coefficient 0.29-0.37 4. correlation analysis showed that: different growth stages of flax nutrient uptake, and soil nutrients have reached a significant positive correlation. Flax dry matter accumulation and nutrient uptake of flax reached at different growth stages of a significant or very significant positive correlation. Flax seeds nutrient uptake and yield reached a significant positive correlation.
