Abstract


The paper on the basis of previous studies , the use of supercritical CO2 extraction method to determine the optimum extraction process of Chinese medicine Pd , and further separation and purification of the extract by column chromatography ; single factor try method , screening out the optimum dosage forms of botanical pesticides 10% Peucedanum coumarin microemulsion formulation; through a lot of indoor pot experiment and field trials to determine the best application of the botanical pesticides and the use of concentration , and promotion of large-scale field theoretical support . The main findings are as follows : (1 ) through the single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment to determine the Pd coumarin substances supercritical CO2 extraction conditions : extraction temperature of 60 ° C , extraction pressure 30MPa , extraction time 1.5h, herbs The grinding degree to 10 mesh . (2) the use of high performance thin layer chromatographic screening the best Pd coumarins substance eluting with a solvent system : petroleum ether and ethyl acetate was obtained , after column chromatography, separation of the two has a coumarin significant feature group minutes. (3) using single factor attempts screening 10 % of Peucedanum coumarin microemulsion process recipe for : Peucedanum coumarin concentrate 10 % , dairy farming 500 NP-7 ( 1:1 ) 12% mass fraction , petroleum ether and ethyl acetate ester (1:1 ) 4.5% , glycerol 0.6%, sodium sorbate 0.5% , the remainder made ??up with tap water . ( 4) indoor pot experiment and field trials to determine the best application time of 10% Peucedanum coumarin microemulsion clover leaves stage , the best pesticide concentration 200 times in indoor pot experiment and field trials the clover leaves stage with 200 times spraying control efficiency reached 80.42% and 81.34% , respectively, quite prevention and treatment the Pharmacy tricyclazole efficacy with conventional rice blast .
