This test select copper sulfate pentahydrate (CuSO 4 · 5H 2 O) and copper citrate (the Cu 2 C 6 H 4 O 4 · 5H 2 O) two copper source, as experimental animals, laying hens by three test systems add a level of two copper source in the diet, and combinations thereof, the production performance of laying hens, organizations copper content, egg quality, plasma biochemical markers, tissue cholesterol and the antioxidant properties of impact to determine the different production purposes requirement of the under laying hens two copper source, the application of the advantages and disadvantages of the of comparing two copper source in the diet of laying hens to provide the basis for a reasonable application of the two copper source in production. 78-week-old Hisex brown egg laying hens 220 8 processing, each processing four replicates, each test a dietary level of copper add the impact of this trial on production performance and egg quality of laying hens repeated 5-6 chicken the maize - soybean meal - Mianpo, - rapeseed meal diets add 0,6,30,60 and 125mg/kg copper to copper sulfate (CuSO 4 ) in the form add 6,30 and 60mg/kg copper and copper citrate (CuCit) form, organizational impact of the copper deposition, eggs and liver cholesterol production performance, egg quality of laying hens. The results show that: Compared with the control group (measured copper content 5.31mg/kg), add the appropriate amount of copper in the diet can significantly improve production performance, egg quality of laying hens, to reduce egg yolks and liver cholesterol. Diets supplemented 6mg/kg copper (CuSO 4 , measured 13.48mg/kg), feed consumption minimum shell thickness; With the increase in the amount of dietary copper add eggshell thinning ; diet add 30mg/kg copper (CuSO 4 , measured 35.36mg/kg), the highest egg production rate, feed egg than the minimum, eggshell strength. Dietary copper sources and their level of copper content of egg yolk was not significant (P> 0.05). Diets supplemented with 125mg/kg copper, the copper content of the liver was significantly higher (P <0.05), the difference between other add and control groups was not significant (P> 0.05). With the raise the level of dietary copper add the egg yolk and liver cholesterol was significantly lower (P <0.05). Under the conditions of the test, do not add copper (dietary copper 5.31mg/kg) laying hens in copper deficiency by 125mg/kg of copper added amount of copper the critical state of intoxication. CuSO 4 compared, CuCit can improve eggshell quality, showing good results in reducing eggs and liver cholesterol; same add level compared, CuCit than CuSO 4 The cholesterol-lowering effect is more significant effect on production performance. Preliminarily determined to maintain the production performance of laying hens the copper appropriate dosage 6-30mg/kg, and reduce egg cholesterol of copper suitable addition amount 60-125mg/kg.
