Objective : To observe the acute normovolemic hemodilution (ANH) on cardiac troponin and enzymes , and to explore whether acute normovolemic hemodilution induced myocardial injury . Methods: ASA Ⅰ - Ⅱ , undergoing elective non- cardiac surgery 29 patients were randomly divided into hemodilution group (H group , 15 cases ) and control group (C group , 14 cases ) . Before anesthesia , blood transfusion before and after 4 hours and after the first day of venous blood , determination of creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase -MB (CK-MB) and cardiac troponin I (CTnI). Results ⑴ before transfusion , H group hemoglobin hematocrit (Hct) decreased to 20.33 ± 1.91%, C group decreased to 29.64 ± 1.78%; significant difference between the two (P lt; 0.01). ⑵ groups respective periods , CK, CK-MB was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05). Within each group , compared with baseline values ??, CK 4 hours after surgery , the first postoperative day was significantly higher (P lt; 0.01); CK-MB in the first postoperative day was significantly higher (P lt; 0.01). ⑶ respective periods and between groups within the group at different times , CTnI no significant change (P gt; 0.05); and has been at a low concentration (≤ 2.3ng · ml-1) Conclusion : For the vital organs such as heart and lung function in patients with normal intraoperative inhaling pure oxygen , normovolemic hemodilution Hct levels by about 20% , will not cause damage to the muscle fibers .
