Abstract


Objective To explore welcome Exists acupuncture clinical application of significance with the observed transcranial Doppler blood flow detector ( TCD ) ( 1 ) randomly selected 62 normal subjects in different seasons people the welcome clock and the Cunkou pulse moving implementation of the different before and after treatment Ying Ying Exists method and its correlation ( 2 ) randomly selected from 62 normal subjects and 62 patients with essential hypertension between the pulsation difference ( 3 ) Phase II in patients with essential hypertension in 60 cases ( three groups ) Exists pulsation differences change and its relationship with the efficacy of the treatment group I (n = 20 ) treatment group III (n = 20 ) : comparison welcome veins Exists the pulsatility size to implement different acupuncture reinforcement and manual therapy group II (20 ) : No matter how people welcome the pulse Exists the pulsatile size of acupuncture are based on flat reinforcing the diarrhea results ( 1 ) normal Ying the veins and Cunkou tenderness move was no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) . Significant difference ( P < 0.01 ) , ( 3 ) three group II patients with essential hypertension before and after acupuncture treatment the welcome Cunkou between pulsating difference between the three groups effects are significant differences ( P < 0.01 ) . Welcome pulsating difference between the size of the change in the Cunkou and efficacy are closely related. The conclusions welcome Exists method can be used in acupuncture clinical examination the meridians disease and of disease , to determine the disease location and disease , to guide the implementation of the clinical syndrome with acupuncture reinforcing -reducing techniques .
