Abstract

Objective: 1 study the Sprague-Dawlay acute myocardial infarction (AMI), expression of the dynamic changes in the left ventricle of brain natriuretic peptide (BNP). Explore the dynamic changes in blood levels of BNP after AMI patients with infarction. Methods: ligation of the left anterior descending artery, rat AMI model. (2) semi-quantitative RT-PCR detection of left ventricular myocardial tissue BNP mRNA expression levels. 3.Western blot detection of left ventricular myocardial tissue BNP protein expression levels. 4. Selected 68 patients with AMI were detected on admission and after admission 1d, 3d and 7d blood levels of BNP and 1 year follow-up mortality. Results: 1. Compared with the sham group, left ventricular myocardial tissue BNP mRNA expression in post-infarction 1d began to increase, to 0.913 ± 0.036 compared with 0.757 ± 0.034 (P lt; 0.05), 3d and reached the peak, is 0.971 ± 0.027, then gradually reduced, but still higher than the sham group to 28d, 0.902 ± 0.072 compared with 0.757 ± 0.034 (P lt; 0.05). 2. Compared with the sham group, left ventricular myocardial tissue BNP protein expression in post-infarction 1d began to increase, 0.882 ± 0.027, 0.565 ± 0.086 (P lt; 0.05); 3d reached a peak is 0.976 ± 0.016; then gradually reduce to 28d, but still higher than the sham group, 0.873 ± 0.033, 0.565 ± 0.086 (P lt; 0.05). 3.AMI patients on admission and after admission 1d, 3d, 7d blood BNP levels were 135.1 ± 184.5 pg / ml, 397.4 ± 388.2 pg / ml, 429.1 ± 302.7 pg / ml, 525.6 ± 507.3 pg / ml, was gradually rises high trend after admission 1d, 3d, 7d blood BNP levels than admission was significantly higher than (P lt; 0.05), but after admission 1d, 3d, 7d blood BNP level no significant differences (P gt; 0.05). Admission death group patients blood BNP level than non-death group high, but no significant significant difference (355.5 ± 402.2 pg / ml vs 121.5 ± 144.9 pg / ml, P gt; 0.05); infarction 1d death group patients blood BNP level higher than non-death group, and there is a statistically significant difference (987.4 ± 594.8 pg / ml vs 301.1 ± 251.5 pg / ml, P lt; 0.01); infarction the 7d death in patients blood BNP levels than non-death group, and Statistics learning differences (1304.4 ± 771.6 pg / ml vs 428.2 ± 365.9 pg / ml, P lt; 0.01). Conclusion: The increased left ventricular myocardial tissue brain natriuretic peptide expression in rats after AMI, and was certain dynamic variation 3d reached its peak in the post-infarction provide a theoretical basis for the optimal detection time of blood BNP clinical AMI conducive BNP maximize the clinical predictive value. 2.AMI patients gradually increased blood levels of BNP, BNP levels were significantly higher than admission after admission, 1d, 3d and 7d BNP levels. 3.AMI after blood levels of BNP can predict long-term mortality.
