Abstract


In recent years , China's non-performing assets of financial system problems began attracted nationwide attention. This thesis by analyzing the principles of asset securitization , dispose of bad assets from abroad compare experiences and noted that asset securitization is to solve the problem of non-performing assets may use one of the means , in the traditional way of asset securitization and investment tools for further innovation , based on the Chinese asset securitization can also use financial tools to solve this problem of non-performing assets . China should implement asset securitization, we must further deepen financial reform, alter or restrict many current unfavorable financial innovation institutional factors . On this basis , this thesis asset management company receives from the state-owned commercial banks non-performing loans after the formation of the corresponding three basic asset securitization program design, combined with our state of the environment related systems , given the emphasis on practice analysis . The thesis is divided into three parts, is organized as follows : First , the paper starting from the principle of asset securitization , respectively, of the meaning of asset securitization , development of motivation , operational mechanism and risk and return for a more in-depth commentary and analysis, combined with new development trend of asset securitization and international comparative experience dispose of bad assets , pointing out that China can use the asset securitization of financial instruments to solve the problem of bad assets . Secondly, the paper, based on the status of Chinese non-performing assets , non-performing assets for China to implement the necessity and feasibility of securitization was further discussion on the asset management company receives from the state-owned commercial banks non-performing loans after the formation of three basic types of assets proposed a three- different sets of securitization program , and carried out analysis and evaluation . Finally, the paper analyzes the securitization of non-performing assets to carry out the reality of operating difficulties presented to the corresponding policy recommendations , as well as macro- environment of the building proposal.
