Abstract


With the formation of the globalized market , intensified competition among enterprises , many enterprises in the search for new management methods to improve the competitiveness of enterprises ; some companies found through more effective planning and management of its supply chain , can greatly enhance the competitiveness of enterprises . More and more companies began to design, supply chain management and operation of enterprise systems , improve the enterprise market rapid response capacity , reduce costs, and the development of core competencies achieved some success . Supply chain management has become the focus of attention . Article in the supply chain and supply chain management theory system introduced on the basis of supply chain management in the specific application of the power equipment supply market are discussed : analysis of the status of China's power equipment supply market , revealing its internal supply chain relationships and the instance transformation of supply chain management through the power equipment manufacturing and sales enterprises , and explains how to use supply chain management to operate the business processes , the coordinated development of the parties involved in the power equipment supply market , and improve the overall competitiveness of the supply chain .
