Abstract


County economy is an important level of regional economy. The smooth development of the county economy in heilongjiang province to promote the coordinated economic development of important condition. Based on this, the author will use normative analysis, empirical analysis and comparative analysis and other methods of heilongjiang province county territory economy development question research. The full text is divided into three parts: the first part elaborates the basic theoretical problems of county economy, including mainly the definition of the county economy, characteristics, research the meaning of county economy. The second part mainly from the types, characteristics, strength and typical, problems and reasons of empirical analysis on development status of the county economy of heilongjiang province. The third part mainly from the principles of reasonable development, select reasonable mode, optimize the industrial structure, development of export-oriented economy, and to strengthen the construction of county government functions of economic institutions, etc. In this paper, the ideas and countermeasures to promote the development of heilongjiang province county territory economy smoothly.
