Abstract


Modern agriculture is a comprehensive concept which is often considered in terms of several components梐gronomy, economics and geography. At present, China is in the necessary period when the traditional agriculture is being changed into modem agriculture. Governments usually take measures by perceptual knowledge and agricultural divisions in I 980s. The measures are considered as lacking of components (for example ecological environment, economical location) and the direction of the theory about agricultural industrialization. In the paper, the literatures on modern agriculture are reviewed. It is put forward that modem agriculture is the effective and productive choice of the development of agriculture in China.County is the fundamental confound system of nature~. society~ economy. Furthermore county is the important ingredient of China modern agriculture. A pilot study is done by choosing the Miyun county. Firstly, using agriculture natural divisions, agriculture economical divisions and administrative divisions into territorial structures. Miyun are divided into Southwest梡lain, Around reservoir, Southeast?mid-low mountains northeast ?low-mid mountains and northeast ?mid-low mountains. Secondly the paper has constituted the evaluation system of agricultural ecological environment, which is composed of three subsystems, that is natural ecology~. negative effect of environment and harness. Thirdly, the method of research is mended in terms of AHP. The agricultural ecological environment is assessed through program wroten in Visual Foxpro 6.0. After analysis of the ecological environment of the 19 towns in Miyun, it is turned out in the paper that the agricultural ecological environment of sixteen townships is ?better? Shilipu and Fanzipai belonging to 搊rdinary? Tanying belonging to worseIn order to promote agricultural industrialization, the paper discussed how to enhance the quantity of the capital investment, grow dimensions in management, construct system of socialization service in Miyun. It is put forward that ten agriculture bases will be built all over the county. Finally9 with the help of 015, the Miyun agricultural ecological environment information system will be initiatory constituted.
