Objective To evaluate the III Phase IV of diabetic retinopathy (Diabetic Retinopathy, DR) changes in patients with macular arch ring structure , and its significance for understanding the severity of retinopathy . Methods A retrospective analysis of diabetic retinopathy in 80 cases fluorescein angiography (Fundus fluorescein angiography, FFA) examination, fundus optical coherence tomography (Optical coherence tomography, OCT) and other clinical data , observation analysis foveal capillaries arch ring damage . Use of the Heidelberg scanning laser ophthalmoscope fluorescein angiography system measurement software for statistical analysis of macular arch ring diameter . The results of this study show that three manifestations , including the expansion of macular arch ring diameter and narrow and structure damage macular arch ring structure completely destroyed . Macular arch ring diameter narrowing in 10 cases , 4 cases of the DR Ⅲ period of six cases , the DR Ⅳ period ; macular arch ring diameter expansion of the 36 cases , 8 cases of the DR Ⅲ period of 28 cases , the DR Ⅳ period ; macular arch ring structure completely destroy the 22 cases , the DR Ⅲ period 4 cases of 18 cases , DR Ⅳ . The normal macular arch ring structure 12 cases . Can be expressed in the conclusions of patients with diabetic retinopathy , macular arch ring structural damage morphology expand , shrink and completely destroyed .
