Abstract

Objective research retina central vein occlusion (central retinal vein occlusion, CRVO) patients with fundus fluorescein angiography (fundus fluorescein angiography, FFA), varying degrees of optic disc edema grading; analysis of optic disc edema and gender , the other eye, age, blood pressure,, and CRVO duration of the relationship, and to explore the degree of optic disc edema and visual acuity, macular edema typing, retinal capillary non-perfusion (the capillary nonperfusion NP), retinal neovascularization (retinal neovascularization, RNV) and anastomosis branch correlation. In the hope of increasing awareness, and provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment of CRVO CRVO optic disc edema. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital by the FFA confirmed no related data and information associated with other eye CRVO 113 patients (113), FFA the disc fluorescence circumstances point in time subtraction 30s 1min optic disc edema grading to FFA late macular fluorescence macular edema genotyping. Spass16.0 software while the use of optic disc edema and gender, eye, age, blood pressure, CRVO duration, visual acuity, macular edema typing, NP, RNV and anastomotic branch used for statistical analysis. 1.113 cases of CRVO patients 113 eyes, 105 cases (92.92%, 105/113) optic disc edema, optic disc edema has not occurred only eight cases (6.19%, 7/113). 2.105 cases of optic disc edema in CRVO patients, mild optic disc edema accounted for 20.95% (22/105), moderate optic disc edema accounted for 43.81% (46/105), accounting for 35.24% (37/105) 3.105 cases of severe optic disc edema occurs optic disc edema in CRVO patients, aged 40 years of age, 16 cases, mainly to severe optic disc edema, accounting for 62.50% of this group (10/16); aged more than 40 years of age 89 cases, moderate optic disc edema Lord, accounted for 44.94% of this group (40/89). Three optic disc edema in the comparison between the age of 40 years old and over the age of 40, the difference was statistically significance (P lt; 0.05) 4.105 cases of optic disc edema in CRVO patients, visual acuity 0.1 interval occurred severe optic disc edema; moderate vision occurred in the 0.1-0.5 range optic disc edema; visual acuity above 0.5 were mostly mild optic disc edema. Comparison between vision grouping of three optic disc edema, the difference was statistically significant (r = -0.742; P lt; 0.05), both were negatively correlated. 5.8 cases of optic disc edema in CRVO patients did not occur macular edema; 105 cases of optic disc edema in CRVO patients, seven cases of macular edema: 3 mild optic disc edema, 4 patients with moderate optic disc edema, severe optic disc edema; compare macular edema parting between the three optic disc edema, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05), the degree of macular edema and optic disc edema was positively correlated (r = 0.588, P lt; 0.05). 6. Exclude suspected NP 6 cases, 99 cases (99) occurred optic disc edema in CRVO patients, 52 cases of NP, NP appears in the comparison between the three optic disc edema, the difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05). 7.105 cases of optic disc edema in CRVO patients, the occurrence of level of macular temporal side seam anastomotic branch six cases, including four cases of severe optic disc edema, 2 cases of mild optic disc edema; the anastomotic branch eight cases occurred disc, six cases severe optic disc edema, two cases of moderate optic disc edema. Conclusion 1, the vast majority of the CRVO patients have happened optic disc edema and optic disc edema severity. CRVO patients younger group occurs more serious degree of optic disc edema. And severe optic disc edema, poor eyesight. Optic disc edema more severe macular edema may be more serious; degree of optic disc edema and macular edema, the degree was positively correlated; optic disc edema may be in the macula appeared edema before it has occurred, optic disc edema severe degree of might is the impact of macular edema and the degree of the important factors of an optic disc edema is more severe, the greater the likelihood of the NP. 4. Severe cases of optic disc edema with prone level of macular temporal side seam the anastomotic branch or disc anastomotic branch trend. This may be a compensatory response of the body.
