Abstract


Personnel performance appraisal has been the human resources administration departments of a key points and difficulties, the particularity of public service, and add more accurate assessment of the difficulty of the task, therefore, need to continuously improve civil servants appraisal system, for justice, fair and objective knowledge, employing. This article elaborates the government department of human resource characteristics, analyzes its has particularity, Secondly the article systematically introduces the performance evaluation of the relevant theoretical knowledge; Introduces the United States civil service evaluation system and its enlightenment to our work, The fourth part is to DongLingOu government cadres of the appraisal system of the objective analysis, aimed at the problems and the insufficiency, the last part of this article from how to establish performance appraisal procedure, how to establish performance evaluation system on the auspicious fine paper, and how to carry on the inspection result statistics and analysis, the use of assessment results are discussed.
