Abstract


Encouragement is stimulation,excitation.lt means arousing initiative and creativity,which is a psychological process driving people to the expected goal with a inside force. In fact,various kinds of measures for arousing initiative is a motive which stimulates man抯 behaviour with all kinds of methods; and is the process during which outside stimulation turn into conscious behaviour. How to encourage the staff is a regular task for the enterprise management.Needs produce man抯 initiative,so the work requirement combined needs of staff can achieve effective encouragement. The paper makes a lot of research to analyze the staff抯 needs of Dalian lron&Steel Co., Ltd.,Gas Workshop. According to the basic theory,the author poses various kinds of methods to encourage the staff抯 behavioural motive and arouse the staff抯 initiative and creativity in order to improve the working effective.
