Abstract


The reason why this article to a comparative study of China and the U.S. financial industry business model , is the view of the U.S. financial industry is well developed , however, had to take the lead in market economy countries to implement strictly separate controls on the financial industry , which is in the transition period China's financial sector has many comparable factors and significance . The first part of the main legal changes affecting the financial system of the United States for clues on the history of the development of the U.S. financial industry from 1933 were analyzed retrospectively . Examine the mode of operation and supervision of the financial sector on the basis of the empirical analysis of the U.S. financial regulatory authorities imposed strict separation of business reasons , the analysis showed that the sub- industry that year , although there are certain necessity , but it is the financial crisis overreaction . The second part , respectively, from the microscopic point of view of the business entities of the financial industry , the financial industry at risk in view of viewpoints and financial institutional change macro view of the general trend of the combined operation of the international financial industry theoretical explanation . The third part in a brief review of the development of China's financial industry , the financial industry of the two countries on the basis of comparative analysis from multiple perspectives . China's financial industry is facing internal and external environment , and pointed out that the combined operation is the inevitable choice for the development of China's financial industry . The last part of pure financial holding company think the pilot is in line with the national conditions optimal choice , and the formation and supervision of a pure financial holding company specifically rule out the possibility of other legitimate industry business model China's Financial Industry programs and measures .
