Abstract


This paper studies the equity structure of Chinese listed companies and the relationship between the corporate value. The evaluation indicators of corporate value by TOBIN Q, evaluation of company ownership structure of Chinese listed companies indicators are in the different stock structure properties. In the study, the sample for 1997 years ago in Shanghai and shenzhen stock exchange listing for trading company, in which the sample for random selected 300 listed companies, the data for the period 1997-1999. Sample respectively represent different industry, ownership category, equity properties, ownership concentration. This study adopts a series of regression analysis method to the listed company's equity structure and value are analyzed. The results show that equity concentration on corporate value few interpretation role, and equity ratio properties to the company value have obvious explanation function. Among them, the legal person share to the company value is positive correlation. Finally, this paper discusses the reform of the state-owned enterprises to the listed company's influence.
