Abstract


The financial crisis in 2008 lead to the bankrupt of the capital strand, the capital strand breaks are mainly for the use of the application of working capital and business management. experienced the financial crisis, the business activities of individual industries working capital management efficiency fall. It is necessary to explore the use of working capital management. But now the prevailing theory of working capital management continues to focus on a single project of working capital, split the impact among all of the projects, isolated to do research accounts receivable, inventory and cash, mainly because of the traditional working capital management led to the classification. As the development of social and economic, the enterprise is not as a development operation, but in constant contact and development, and because of the supply chain management is widely used, the efficiency of working capital management has been continuously improved, coupled with the prevalence of the distribution process management and customer relationship management, allowing companies to working capital management in continuous improvement and development. Therefore, this article tries to link working capital management and business processes, working capital items for re-classification based on supply chain, and then according to the classification of the supply chain working capital, to establish the working capital management efficiency evaluation; Finally, through case in the form of working capital management efficiency appliance industry conditions and reasons analysis, the use of supply chain management can improve working capital management efficiency. as a case to study Haier how to optimize working capital management efficiency, working capital management with the industry to provide valuable information.In one word, based on the theory of supply chain, opened up a new research method of working capital management, according to do research on one case also shows that this is an efficiency way to improve the management level of working capital business, At the same time, under the supply chain make tables to explain the efficiency of Appliance industry in the hope of playing a reference role to investors and managers of household appliances in the management of working capital.
