Objective Ningxia province of primary liver cancer were treated with different treatment methods of treatment effect, analysis of this region the effect of combined treatment of primary liver cancer. Method Retrospective analysis of 2000 1 month - in January 2006 between the Ningxia Medical University Hospital, admitted to primary liver cancer and TNM stage, tumor diameter, the number of satellite lesions, liver function classification was no significant difference, no distance metastasis, without other cancers combined, non-surgical contraindications, follow-up of at least three years, the clinical data of 177 patients with complete clinical data. 155 cases, including men, 22 women with a mean age of 56.72 years. Treatment according to the patients were divided into radical surgery alone group (82 cases), radical resection prophylactic TACE treatment group (33 cases). TACE alone treatment group (62 cases). Contrast to radical surgery alone group and radical resection of preventive TACE treatment group 1 year and 3-year recurrence rate of the liver, contrast between different treatment methods in each group 1 year and 3-year survival rate, summed up the occurrence of complications after treatment.Results After radical resection of preventive TACE treatment group 1 year and 3 years of intrahepatic recurrence rates were 9.09% (3 / 33), 42.42% (14/33), the root group of surgery alone group 42.68% (35/82) , 69.51% (57/82), two significant differences between (χ2 = 6.785, P = 0.009 <0.05); radical resection of preventive TACE treatment group after 1 year and 3-year survival rates were 90.90% (30/33), 87.87% (29/33), radical surgery alone group was 73.17% (60/82), 42.68% (35/82), TACE alone group, 41.94% (26/62) and 11.29% ( 7 / 62), among the three groups were significantly different (α= 0.05,α’= 0.0125, P <0.05). A variety of treatment methods have varying degrees of complications.Conclusions Surgical treatment of primary liver cancer is still the preferred treatment, with surgery as the main body of the comprehensive treatment of primary liver cancer is the development trend of liver cancer to the greatest extent, improve the prognosis of patients, improve patient quality of life. At the same time should pay attention to prevention and treatment of surgical and interventional treatment of complications, in order to ensure therapeutic effect.
