Abstract


Many applications related to geographic information, example: Diagnosis Expert System in the social, agricultural, economic and other aspects of a variety of diagnostic and troubleshooting system; forecasting expert system in meteorology, hydrology, population, geography , economic, military and political aspects of the Forecast and Analysis System; engineering design, planning, consulting and management decision-making and other aspects of expert systems, are inseparable from the support of geographic information. However, traditional geographic information system (GIS) methods and models to solve the problem is basically a mathematical method established on the basis of the relevant geographical problem can be solved is that mathematically describe and explain with certainty solution of the problem, solve spatial planning decisions much to be desired. However, in practical work, we encountered a lot of problems both deterministic and non-deterministic, or somewhere in between. Therefore, the practical applications of expert system (ES) and geographic information system technology combined or unified in one, the establishment of intelligent and application of GIS (EGIS). Geographic information systems and expert system as a system of two closely linked and because they are independent of each other, to a large number of geographic data management and spatial analysis of the relationship to the geographic information system, and an expert system to solve the geographical research involved Knowledge reasoning. This distributed strategy, to a combination of expert systems and geographic information system provides a feasible way. ES and GIS huge system are two independent and each have their own role, and how to integrate the two together so that both achieve their function well, but also to realize a good EGIS, this technical key. Here, I made use COM technology and its unified data transmission mechanism and OLE automation functions ES and GIS Integration Research: data conversion, ES as a controller, GIS as an automation object linking well and sharing support spatial decision reasoning and spatial information operations carried out simultaneously, the paper which focused on COM and OLE Automation technology. From start to solve the problem of agricultural land evaluation of spatial decision by analyzing the deficiencies of traditional GIS systems technology to solve spatial planning decisions from the point of view of the application of the GIS system technology, over a period of time since the functional structure of the GIS system technology developments and changes in trends were elaborated. Built around the needs of the intelligent application of GIS expert system (ES) and geographic information system (GIS) integrated in-depth study.
