Objective To investigate the personality characteristics, stress and related factors in the pathogenesis of depression, to provide a basis for further study of the etiology and intervention, and to provide guidance for the prevention of the occurrence of the crowd of depression to promote population mental health. Methods A 1:1 matched case-control study, collected 67 cases of depressed patients depression according to ICD-10 diagnostic criteria, and selected in connection with the same age, the normal people of the same sex (67) for the control, using the Eysenck Personality Questionnaire, Life Event Scale, Ways of Coping Questionnaire, Self-Esteem Scale, Family Environment Scale, Social Support Scale, Parenting by Rating Scale and the Self general questionnaire survey.
