Abstract


To assure the power system to run stably and securely is a very important problem to people. Nowadays,the control to prevent the transient stability of power system from being destructed is still a very exigent task.At present,predigested criterions,or local stabilization controls with the Cure Table accounted offline,are applied to stability control facility. So the Cure Table still plays an important role in the power system stability control. By designing the Cure Table of local stabilization control and transmitting each dictate,we can actualize the control of power system.The thesis analyzes the structure of the stability and security of electric power net,discusses the research project,designs the control program and argues the memory frame.By associating the actual parts of equipments,the stability and security of power system will be found out clearly. Chapter 2 of this thesis analyzes the types of power system,specifically introducing the function module of the main station. The major part of this thesis is researched to control the stability of the power system,so discussing the decision-making is essential. Chapter 3 of this thesis summarizes the form of decision-making and explains the principle and demand of program.The offline Cure Table must be inputted to the controllable system,and be transmitted to the executive equipment by the program according to the actual things. Chapter 4 of this thesis analyzes the quest ion of Cure Table actually,brings forward the idea of program and designs it.
