Objective:By observing and probing into the etiology, pathogenesis, preventive and curative medicine of children’s bronchial asthma in catabasis in theory and clinic, we try to find new medicine and probe into the prevention and cure mechanism of children’s bronchial asthma in catabasis. Methods:In clinical study,66 bronchial asthma children in catabasis are randomly divided into 2 groups, treated with Gu Ben Fang Xiao Yin (GBFXY)、Ding Chuan Plaster and Pulmicort-Turbuhaler. We observe the change of the children’s cardinal symptom, objective sign, stroke frequency, the extent, time duration, URTI frequency, and the influence on clinical efficacy、security factor of the two groups. Result:The clinical study shows that the GBFXY is better than comparative group in reducing objective sign, frequency of catching a cold; after treatment is better than pretreatment in cardinal symptom, the extent and times of coughing and gasping. GBFXY restrain the collection of EOS in the blood increase PEF, and improving immunological factor, to make better lung function. The examination of Blood Routine、Urine Routine、Stool Routine、Blood Biochemistry and ECG are not found abnormal heightening change. Conclusion:GBFXY might work by means of enhancing the immune function to control chronic bronchial inflammation and reduce its reactivity to prevent the relapse of asthma,.
