Abstract


Purpose: through the collection and pneumonia in children under the age of 3 fingerprint (that is, the index called lateral superficial vein) images, to observe the fingerprint of infantile pneumonia syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine clinical significance. Method: using the SONY DSC - W300 digital camera under the fluorescent lamp and normal temperature gathering resting state (with more than 15 minutes rest or sleep) included in the standard under the pneumonia children and normal children of fingerprint image. Collected from the day of observation 1, 3, 5, 7, 10 days of images, and record the patient's doctor of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome, clinical symptoms and signs. BI - 2000 image analysis system was applied to fingerprint image processing. Results: 143 cases were collected from children with pneumonia as pneumonia group, 36 cases health children as health group. Pneumonia in children with fingerprint color, ups and three distribution relationship between TCM syndrome and the change of condition, conform to the "red purple cause fever, floating in the table, measuring weight" in three point of view. Conclusion: this research in the success of modern computer technology applied to traditional Chinese medicine diagnosis, make infantile fingerprints observation more objective, and to introduce the modern computer technology in traditional Chinese medicine clinical research of similar topic, provide reference method.
