Abstract


Application AspenPlus chemical simulation software synthesis of methanol in methanol refining process was simulated distillation process . The NRTL equation liquid equilibrium within the system to the factory based on the actual parameters , a representative of impurities such as iso -butanol , ethanol and water distribution within the column to obtain a number of meaningful results. The main parameters of the simulation results and the actual plant conditions coincide , on this basis, combined with the actual conditions of the plant equipment are discussed further optimized operation of various possible solutions , for guiding the operation of the actual production process optimization has important reference value.
