In this paper, the current tungsten smelting process using ion exchange process to produce APT , the product is prone to the phenomenon of excessive tin do a more in-depth research . Trace Tin in establishing analytical methods , the effects of 201-W tungsten-tin affinity resin discusses tin tungsten ion-exchange process behavior and shows separation of tungsten-tin leaching section and desorption stage in the implementation . In addition, before the exchange of sodium tungstate ion and ion- exchanged ammonium tungstate solution, hydrolysis precipitation carried out research in addition to tin , tungsten, tin determine the optimum conditions of separation . 201-W tungsten-tin resin selection coefficient K sn w sup> = 3.78. In the ion exchange process, the small amount of resin adsorption tin ; desorption in WO 3 peak area ratio of the best tin tungsten raw material liquid compared with a 95% reduction ; using 4g · L -1 sup> NaCl 2g · L -1 sup> NaOH eluent addition of tin effect, in addition to tin leaching rate of 90 % or more. In tin-containing 50mg · L -1 sup> ~ 200mg · L -1 sup> of sodium tungstate solution with concentrated sulfuric acid to adjust the PH value of between 10 to 11 , in addition to tin rate of 80 % or more, after precipitation of tin hydrolysis using conventional dry filtration filter , the best addition to tin rate of 98.5%. Ammonium tungstate solution PH value of about 10.5 , tin prone to hydrolysis , containing tin 50mg · L -1 sup> ~ 200mg · L -1 sup> of the liquid in the 96hr room temperature after the addition of tin precipitate hydrolysis rate of 85 % or more.
