Abstract

Phosphate the activated lignite preparation of activated carbon is an economic , pollution production process , this article is a more detailed study process phosphoric acid activator chemical preparation of activated carbon , preliminary phosphoric acid activation the lignite reaction kinetics , and to determine the optimum process conditions . Summary of analysis of this article by the large number of references to determine the activator phosphoric acid , sulfuric acid as additive , lignite as raw material preparation of activated carbon production process route . The orthogonal experimental methods developed by the phosphoric acid concentration, the amount of additive is added , carbon activation temperature carbon activation time to wait until the relationship of the impact of the factors on the prepared activated carbon iodine adsorption value and yield . In these four factors , the iodine adsorption of the phosphoric acid concentration and the amount of additive is added to the product value is the main influence factor for a yield of the product , and the carbon activation temperature and the carbon activation time major factor . Montanic dosage of 10g, a certain concentration of phosphoric acid as activating agent , the additive used in an amount of 0.6 g , the activation temperature is 400 ° C , the activation time for 1 hour under the conditions investigated two different impregnation method for the iodine adsorption value of the product , established under this condition , a more appropriate impregnation method . Single factor experiments , the effects of the activator concentration , the amount of additives , carbon activation temperature , carbon activation time for reaction to determine the optimum conditions : phosphoric acid concentration of 60 % , the additive dosage 0.9g/10g ( lignite ), carbon activation temperature of 430 ° C and the carbon activation time about 30 minutes . Experiments , the concentration of the activator is 60% , the additive dosage for 0.9g/10g ( lignite ) , carbon activation temperature of 430 ° C , the carbon activation time for 30min under the conditions of the preparation of the iodine adsorption value of the activated carbon reaches 805.65mg / g , The product yield is about 43.5% . This article through the experimental results, in the phosphoric acid as an activator , and sulfuric acid as the additive , the the brown coal activation reaction rate in the temperature range of 400 to 700 ° C , the LOI rate B for a reaction . The reaction in the temperature range of 400 ~ 700 ℃ activation energy is 46.96kJ/mol, the pre-exponential factor A 0 for the of 6.101 × 3 . And phosphoric acid activation mechanism to carry out a preliminary study of the lignite preparation of activated carbon .
