Abstract

This article USES cement as the curing agent, ferrous sulfate and other industrial waste as additives on the stabilization/solidification of chromium slag conducted effective research. Before curing chromium slag cement, ferrous sulfate aqueous solution mixed with chromium slag, first in the alkaline medium chromium slag dissolution of reduction of trivalent chromium, hexavalent chromium part add additive adsorption of trivalent chromium. Was studied with and without reducing agent, reducing agent, reducing agent loading way, the amount of reducing agent, the influence of the leaching toxicity of chromium slag solidified body. Research shows that, with reducing agent curing system the leaching toxicity of chromium slag is far less than the system without reducing agent, mixing slag quantity can reach 50% ~ 60%, and ferrous sulfate loading mode had a great influence on treatment effect. The solidified body of hexavalent chromium leaching toxicity is less than the national standard, the compressive strength of more than 30 mpa, landfill and comprehensive utilization. The sun, the oscillation time and curing body were studied the influence of particle size on the leaching toxicity, and the solidified body surface, simulated acid rain leaching leaching rate affect the performance of the solidified body. This article also USES the sodium silicate, asphalt for curing agent of chromium slag processing were studied.
