Abstract


Objective: radionuclide scrotum scintigraphy and varicocele were classified from varicocele hemodynamic point of view , according to the time dynamic curves ( TAC ) . Understand the different types of spermatic vein patients improved semen parameters , and then clear the typing method can predict the varicocele postoperative semen improvement . Methods : A total of 39 patients required surgical treatment of varicocele associated with infertility patients , preoperative radionuclide scrotum scintigraphy technology , were classified according to the time - activity curve ( TAC ) : TAC1 , TAC2 type , TAC3 type . Compare 39 cases of varicocele ligation , after 3 months after the semen parameters to improve the situation , compare three types of semen parameters to improve the situation . Results: 39 patients suffering from sperm density preoperative and postoperative statistically significant , postoperative sperm density was significantly higher than after surgery , 39 patients suffering from motility preoperative , postoperative no significant difference ; III , TAC1 and the the TAC2 type preoperative , postoperative sperm density difference was statistically significant postoperative sperm density was significantly higher than postoperative , TAC3 preoperative and postoperative sperm density was no significant difference ; the TAC1 type , the TAC2 TAC3 type were 87% , 70 % and 38 % of patients sperm density ; Conclusion : TAC1 and the TAC2 type spermatic varicose veins may more than TAC3 varicocele patients suitable for surgery . Application of radionuclide scrotum scintigraphy ( RSS ) , according to the time - activity curve ( TAC ) typing method in the preoperative objective predictions of varicocele postoperative semen to improve the situation is conducive to varicocele treatment options .
