Abstract


Objective: To study the early femoral head necrosis in patients explore traditional Chinese medicine combined with core decompression treatment of early femoral head necrosis of the efficacy and safety of clinical observation , clinical basis for femoral head necrosis Paul hip treatment . Methods: The clinical observation of the 42 cases ARCOI period II period early femoral head necrosis patients were randomly divided into a control group of 20 cases , 22 cases of treatment group . Simple medicine treatment control group , the treatment group herbal combination of core decompression surgery treatment . Every three months for a course of treatment , after two courses of efficacy . Changes and differences in each index scores were compared before and after treatment . Results: Clinical observation shows that the overall excellent rates of the treatment group and the control group , the difference was statistically significant ; hip pain , activity , function , imaging were significantly different . Conclusion: Chinese medicine combined with core decompression treatment of early femoral head necrosis compared with Chinese medicine treatment , early treatment can reduce or even eliminate the disease hip pain, improve lower limb function , promote bone repair . But in the long-term effect needs further observation.
