Abstract

The heavy oil as a kind of resource has been paid attention to for long time, but it make very difficult to study its composition and structure for the complexity and the diversity., Many researcher use sorts of analytic techniques to study it and make a little progress, but lacking of effective reference in the face of its exploitation and transport.The paper which has selected the different type sample of shanjiasi oilfield as research object, making use of advanced analytical and testing method, had systematically studied its chemical integration and physical property and revealed the main factors which affect the heavy oil’s physical property.The super heavy oil’s alkyl hydrocarbon content of shan6-east is under 20 percent which is less than shan6-west,shan2 and shantO, but the content of no-hydrocarbon is more than 40 percent which belongs to the typical super heavy oil ?The heavy oil includes a lot of mixture atom,-C=O, -Ar group and is positive relation to its viscidity and density., The research makes clear that there are more substitutes for S, N, O, P in the high vicious heavy oil.There are empty orbital metal atom and electronic couple nonmetal which form position component which possess the property of big molecular, this leads the heavy oil high viscidity and densityThe shan6-esat super heavy oil endure sever bio-decompose. The most n-alkyl hydrocarbon are decomposed, a fraction of alkyl hydrocarbon are non-decomposed big molecular compound ,for example 5-ring terpene alkyl etc.The content of non-hydrocarbon is positive relation to the viscidity and thedensity. The total content of N, S, P is enrichment in non-hydrocarbon, so the content of non-hydrocarbon is closed relation to the viscidity and the density of the heavy oil cThe content of-C=O and -Ar in asphalt is 2-9 times and 5~8times more than that in heavy oil respectively?The mixture and metal atom are enrichment, especially transition metal, which give more chance to form the molecular conglomerate.The shan6-east super heavy oil viscidity and density are more sensitive to the temperature than those of the normal or special heavy oil, which drop more quickly with temperature increasing. The yield value of the shan6-east is one or two grades higher than that of the special or normal heavy oil, under lower temperature ,the yield value toboggan but the super heavy more quickly.
