Abstract


The aviation maintenance industry has already become an industry with the vast market foreground. Particularly, After China’s entry into WTO, as an industry our country promise to open, local aviation maintenance industry will face the positive competition of the foreign enterprises. How to enhance the internal management level and develop our own advantages have become the critical problems that local aviation maintenance industry must acknowledge. They are also critical to the surviving and development of the local aviation maintenance industry under the vehemence market competition in futureThis thesis designs the development strategy of the Chinese Southwest airlines Aircraft Maintenance Base. First, the thesis introduces the CSWA Aircraft Maintenance Base, then summarizes and analyzes the present conditions and problems of the local aviation maintenance industry and discusses the framework. After that, the thesis analyzes the changes of the Maintenance Base’s exterior environment thoroughly, and then analyzes the Maintenance Base’s internal conditions ^ management level and the production operation management. Finally, using the SWOT research, we get the opportunity > threat > advantage and inferiority of the Maintenance Base,Second, according to the results of the former analysis, the thesis layouts the Maintenance Base’s development strategy. The whole strategy system includes strategy objective, strategy situation and the development strategy.Finally, the thesis states that the CSWA Aircraft Maintenance Base should develop with the strategy that combines the diverse development with the integral development. The thesis points out that this strategy is also applicable to other state-owned integrated aviation maintenance companies.
