Abstract


As a special societal intermediary organ, supervision enterprise is very different from industrial or commercial corporation on environment and the method of running, because it needs more high-class human resource with more education. This paper analyses and classifies the risk of supervision enterprise. In the light of the specific conditions of supervision units, the analysis centers on the personnel risks and the professional risks. We put forward some proposal on management measure, and discussed the fundamental substance of supervision unit’s risk management, cleared and definite the objective, the significance and the principles. This paper analyses the risk of supervision with methods of risk fuzziness analysis to quantity the fuzziness, indefmiteness and randomness of risk, and build up a risk fuzziness analysis model, and introduce the initial study on the basic application of risk fuzziness comprehensive evaluation method in the course of risk analysis. Bayes posteriory probability method improved the reckoning of risk probability. The weight factor of these fuzzy risks is established well by AHP. We put forward some feasible suggestion on the supervision unit’s risk management.Risk management is usually ignored as an unremarkable section. To tighten the risk management, the supervision unit will build up its resistance to risk, this help the cause of supervision developing rapidly ahead.
