Abstract


Reference to the large number of domestic and foreign literature , on the basis of the evaluation work experience in the analysis of previous construction projects , according to the characteristics of the bridge strengthening project , as well as China's actual situation , the concept of evaluation of bridge strengthening the role of content system and theoretical methods . were discussed , the theories and methods of evaluation after the reinforcement of the bridge in order to comply with the conditions of our country . Thesis research work are the following : 1 . Characteristics of the bridge project , according to the traditional post - evaluation theory , put forward the the bridge reinforcement project objectives logical framework table ; elaborate the the bridge reinforcement project implementation process evaluation , and some quantitative evaluation . 2. For bridge strengthening technical results , presented from the perspective of engineering the bridge reinforcement technology assessment content , the use of the bridge structure or component - specific information , content and indicators of the technical condition of the bridge structure evaluation . 3. Based on engineering principles of economics , the economic benefits generated by the bridge strengthening works studied , the method of calculation of the economic benefits ; bridge life-cycle cost analysis , considering the differences in many aspects of strengthening the bridge and the new bridge is proposed the cost of the annual value of difference (ACD) and the cost of the annual value ratio (ACR) two economic indicators for the evaluation of the relative economic benefits of the bridge reinforcement project ; analysis from the financial point of view , the proposed method of evaluation of the financial benefits of the toll bridge . 4. Analysis summary highway construction project the social and environmental impact assessment methods on the basis of the establishment of the social impact of the bridge strengthening works and environmental impact evaluation methods . 5. Variant reliability theory, the use of sustainable development ideology and economic optimization theory , combined with the bridge structure proposed method of calculation of the remaining economic life of the bridge reinforcement , can be applied to the ongoing evaluation of the bridge strengthening works . 6. Establish a comprehensive evaluation of the degree of success that can be applied to the comprehensive evaluation of bridge reinforcement effect .
