Abstract


Objective: Through the questionnaire , the literature data access method , individual interview a variety of methods , analysis of a school of secondary school students' mental health and general self - efficacy correlation to strengthen the mental health education of college students at the school to improve make recommendations to the general level of self - efficacy . The difference between the groups : Mental Health Test (MHT) secondary school students on a school and general self - efficacy (GSES) questionnaire , analysis of demographic factors ; multivariate analysis of variance , the study demographic factors school college students the level of mental health and general self-efficacy interaction ; using logistic regression analysis to explore the factors that affect the level of mental health of college students of the school ; analysis of school college students the level of mental health and general self-efficacy correlation. The results : the high detection rate of college students of a school mental health problem , learning the most serious anxiety , 63.3% of the study there are more obvious psychological problems in learning anxiety . General self-efficacy good overall , 63.3% of the study objects confidence . The student mental anxiety and general self-efficacy was negatively correlated with a correlation coefficient of 0.21397 . Of anxiety , loneliness tendency to allergic tendencies and general self-efficacy was negatively correlated correlation coefficient reached 0.11521,0.25589,0.15262 ; physical symptoms , terrorist tendencies , impulsive tendencies and general self -efficacy is a positive correlation , the correlation coefficients were reached 0.31779 0.27635,0.12706 ; learning anxiety and remorse tendency and general self-efficacy there is no correlation ( p gt; 0.05 ) . Conclusion : schools, families , and society should work together to build a three-dimensional network , strengthen the mental health education of college students at the school , and to be standardized and institutionalized , to ensure the effectiveness of the educational activities . By increasing school college students direct access to channels , and indirect experience to guide the correct attribution to improve students' general level of self-efficacy .
