Abstract


China is a large agricultural country, agriculture, rural areas and farmers (hereinafter referred to as the three rural) issue has always been the fundamental problems of the Chinese revolution and construction. In particular, along with the deepening of economic globalization and China's accession to the WTO transition period end, the three rural issues has become an important theoretical and practical issues of China's economic development. In the coming period, to achieve a comprehensive grand goal of building a moderately prosperous society, the most arduous, the most arduous task in rural areas, \The problems of the land system is an important element to solve rural problems. Therefore, the reality of the primary stage of socialism in China, for the problems of the rural land system, further deepening the reform of the rural land system exploring adapt to the socialist market economic development requirements of China's rural land reform target mode, and on this basis to build Chinese characteristics, the rural land system has important theoretical and practical significance for achieving the strategic goal of building a moderately prosperous society in China. This article adhere to the principle of unity of history and logic, the use of the scientific abstract method, qualitative and quantitative analysis of the combination of horizontal comparison analysis method of combining longitudinal comparative analysis, put forward the objectives of the reform of China's rural land system and build system based on Land System Innovation and the operating rules of the market economy model, four aspects of rural land reform issues. The first part of this paper, on the analysis of the meaning of the land system, to clarify the meaning and characteristics of the land system science, and discusses the significance of rural land reform on the socio-economic development as a basis. The second part of the paper, described the history of the new era of China's rural land reform process, the current problem of China's rural land system is proposed on the basis of its analysis of the status quo. The third part of the International Comparison, in the analysis of the different markets of the United States and Japan, two countries with economies in agricultural land system development process, and learn from them on the basis of past experience, in order to come to the revelation of China's rural land system reform, in order to achieve the innovation of our existing land reform. The fourth part of the thesis is the countermeasures discussed China's rural reform and development of a new stage in building a moderately prosperous society is facing a series of new situations and new problems, in which case the system to explore, to find out in line with the level of productivity, China characteristics of the rural land system.
