Abstract

The seaweed is the primary producer of the food chain in the marine ecosystem, the energy provider of marine animals, living space in order to compete in the race of life, the protection of species reproduction, the body produces a large number of metabolites grams life. Secondary metabolites of soft corals, coral reef ecosystems in the lower marine invertebrates also rely mainly on chemical defense strategies to survive, rich novel structure grams life significantly. In view of this, from the algae, soft corals and other marine organisms isolated and identified the active metabolite has become the focus of the study of marine chemical ecology. In fact, these biological resources the marine drug lead compounds and marine drug research and development has become a hot spot of biological resources. Preliminary ideas based on the study of marine chemical ecology of marine natural products research methods, algal genus Sargassum Sargassum thunbergii a pony tail and a short refers to the soft coral Sinularia sp. Grams life secondary metabolites research. , Reversed-phase silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel column chromatography and preparative HPLC separation means, NMR, MS, IR, UV spectroscopy technology integrated use of 32 single isolated from these two species, the Chinese Communists body compound, identified 26 structure, a preliminary study and the grams of daily life. From Sargassum S. thunbergii isolated 12 compounds were identified as: 2 - ((3S, 7S, 11S)-3-hydroxy-3 ,7,11,15-tetramethylhexadecyl) 3 ,5,6 - trimethylcyclohexa-2 ,5-dien e-1 ,4-dione (1) ,22-dehydrocholesterol (2), stigmast-5-en-3-ol (3), the Dunaliella salina sterol (4), Sargassum sterols (5 ), fucosterone (6), the peroxide ergost alcohols (7) 1 - (hexadecyloxy)-propane-2 ,3-diol (8), 1 - (15-methylheptadecyloxy)-propane-2 ,3-diol (9) , 3,7,11,15-tetramethyl-hexadecane-1-ol (10), explants alcohol (11), 3 - [(1-oxohexadecyl) OXY] -2 - [[(9Z, 12Z)-1-oxo -9,12-octadecadien-1-yl] oxy]-propyl (12). Brachydactyly soft coral Sinularia sp. Were isolated 14 compounds were identified as: sinularolide N (13), lobomichaolide (14) ,14-acetoxy-3 ,4-epoxycembra-7 ,11,15-triene-17 2-olide (15), michaolide F (16), sinularolide C (17), presinularolide B (18) ,20-acetylsinularolide B (19), ergost-22-en-3-ol (20), ergost-5- en-3-ol (21), lumisterol (22), chimyl alcohol (23) ,9,12-octadecadien-1-ol (24), octadecan-1-ol (25), hexadecan-1-ol (26) . The present study is the first for the first time to obtain the compound 1,3 to 10 and 12 separated from the Sargasso genus, for the first time from the short soft coral genus isolated compound 13,15,16,18,24, wherein 13 is a new compound . Artemia lethal zebrafish embryo toxicity model screening evaluation of bioactive compounds. The results show that the compounds 1,6 and 7 showed strong the Artemia lethal activity, concentration 50μg/mL mortality rate were 70.8%, 70.5%, 66.6%, compounds 16, 19 strong Artemia death The activity concentration 50μg/mL, the mortality rate was 90.5%, 90.0%. Rate of compound 19 zebrafish embryo teratogenicity toxic, EC50μg/mL 39.12, concluded that compound 19 brachydactyly the diterpenoid compounds of the life of one of the substances in soft corals grams cembranoid for short refers soft corals g life of secondary metabolites, and the g life secondary metabolites are concentrated in the ethyl acetate phase. This study the Sargassum and short grams life evaluation refers to the secondary metabolites of the soft coral, soft coral chemical defense substances and their mechanism of action in order to further explore the Sargassum and brachydactyly basic bedding. Marine chemical ecology research ideas and methods applied to the active marine natural product screening in the discovery process, find active secondary metabolites even drug lead compounds from marine biological resources, exploration of basic research.
