Abstract


Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease is a common disease, illness stubborn, hard to be cured, and easy to recurrent, severe impact on women’s physical and mental health. The incidence increased year by year. Currently western medicine the main treatment for the disease-based antibiotic, to improve the efficacy of certain sympt oms, in addition to there is no special treatment, but chinese medicine treatment of this disease has a unique advantage. Our clinical experience with Professor Yang Jia lin qingshizhitong decoction side heat blood stasis treating chronic pelvic inflamm at ory disease with satisfactory results.In this study,qingshizhitong decoction of the mouse ear swelling pain and swelling of inflamed rat paw model of influence on the mouse hot plate and acetic acid writh ing response induced by the analgesic effect of pain, caused by E. coli CIPD rat mo del of uterine anatomy and morphology and serum interleukin 2 (IL-2) and malondi aldehyde (MDA) content, qingshizhitong decoction of Chronic pelvic pain and its mechanism to clinical application provide laboratory evidence.Anti-inflammatory, analgesic results show that clear soup with a good wet anti-inflammatory analgesic and analgesic effects. Qingshizhitong decoctioncan significantly improve the wet pain induced CIPD model of E. coli related indicators, suggesting that the qingshizhitong decoction on chronic pelvic pain wet with the treatment. Clear the mechanism of qingshizhitong decoction may be through inhibition of MDA, increased IL-2 levels, reduce inflammation and reduce immune injury, promote inflammation absorption to achieve the therapeutic effect.
