Abstract


With China’s recent rapid development of modern logistics industry, the traditional sense of the logistics and distribution industry can not meet the needs of business logistics management has entered a stage of refinement. Logistics building into a new stage of development, the performance of the top ten in the country last year introduced the outline of industrial development and revitalization, including logistics, the logistics of things will age into intelligence. Modern logistics industry, the core competitiveness of enterprises an important manifestation. From the perspective of the supply chain, logistics can reduce costs, with the ability to respond quickly to market; from the perspective of the value chain, logistics is a major part of the value of enterprises; from the perspective of market competition, competition is the control of the market, is fast the ability to respond to market needs to support efficient logistics system. Through years of development that the logistics of supporting the development of various industries play an increasingly important role. Construction of modern logistics has become an important means to control the market, cost savings also in a strong competitive edge. Thus strengthening the logistics building, for the modern state-owned enterprises to improve their market share, obtain and ensure a complete set of marketing channels has a very important and far-reaching significance.In recent years, tobacco companies, Gansu Province, the actual situation of their enterprises, the implementation of modern logistics development, has achieved initial success, cigarette logistics and distribution system framework was established. But still learning the advanced stage of regional experiences and practices, the lack of theoretical guidance system and a unified planning and coordination, there is no clear development strategy, the overall plan is not clear, standards are not uniform and so on, can not well adapted to industry reform and development and market competition requirements. Therefore, the need to introduce the concept of modern logistics management and logistics technology, tobacco companies in Gansu Province scientific and rational logistics systems planning and design to create high-quality, efficient, low-cost logistics system, to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and market control. This paper intends to use the theory of modern logistics, the logistics of combining the characteristics and cigarette tobacco Gansu Province, the company’s actual situation of the Gansu Provincial tobacco companies for logistics systems planning and design. The basic idea is based on modern logistics systems planning and design, logistics and environmental analysis from the start, Gansu Province, the tobacco companies raised the overall logistics system planning, and coordination of logistics systems and logistics operating system design. System master planning, and coordination of logistics operating system and logistics system design.
