Abstract


In recent years, electronic detection has been the focus of research projects silk detect where silk -section electron detection is critical research . Currently, there are silk -section electron detector such fineness and uniformity test items , but the flatness testing of raw silk can also slice through complex measurement and calculation methods . Therefore, in order to improve the detection efficiency and promote better graduate wire cross-section , this paper use bidirectional detection theory silk silk diameter flatness electronic detection methods are explored and analyzed . In this paper, silk flatness electronic detection methods summarized as : the use of two-way photoelectric sensor signals bidirectionally silk diameter measurement using DAQ system for data acquisition and LabVIEW software application designed to complete the process , and thus the signal acquisition for data processing and analysis and eventually achieve flatness testing of raw silk . In order to analyze the size of the raw silk raw silk flatness parameters of the other sections , the paper carried a silk evenness (CV%) of the test calculation, analysis of raw silk and silk -sectional flatness uneven relationship between the rate and in accordance with the test system is relatively different lengths of silk raw silk cut the size of unevenness relationship . After a series of experimental tests show that the electronic detection methods easily and quickly , saving time and effort , you can greatly improve the detection efficiency of the flatness of raw silk , raw silk electronic detection and analysis section has a certain significance, fiber and other flat profiled fiber research also provides some references.
