Abstract


Power system blackouts after all the black start of recovery is a very important issue, black start the development of decision support system for auxiliary dispatching personnel make black start scheme, the quick recovery to achieve full stop after the system plays an important role. Hebei southern power grid, this paper using network topology analysis technology and expert system for black start scheme generation problems are studied, and the hierarchical analysis technology combined with the actual power system is proposed to evaluate different between black start scheme is practical method. Based on the black start research and development under the decision support system for black-start scheme of automatic generation and evaluation system. The system can according to the specific condition of southern hebei power grid automatically generate a set of black start scheme, and use the analytic hierarchy process (ahp), established by expert experience and knowledge reasoning analysis, evaluate each solution in group ordering, scheduling staff for black start recovery provide a scientific and intuitive decision-making reference.
