Objective. To observe the effect of Yiqishengxiantang (YQSXT) on Prolapse of Gastric Mucosa (GMP) and explore the mechanism of it. Methods:40 patients with GMP were divided into two groups at random:the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given YQSXT, and the control group was given Buzhongyiqiwan(BZYQW).10 weeks were set as a course of treatment. The clinical effects of each group were observed during the course and the follow-up survey of 6 months. Results:The effective of syndrome of TCM、enteroscopy observing of the treatment group are better than that of the control group (P<0.01 or P<0.05). YQAXT can improve more significantly the symptoms such as abdominal distention、anorexia fatigue、diarrhea and dizziness than BZYQW(P<0.01 or P<0.05).
