Objective: To study the the electric needle hole and moxibustion treatment of 5.12 after the earthquake, the clinical efficacy of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) , to provide reliable evidence for the electric needle hole and moxibustion treatment of PTSD . Methods: randomized controlled trials , will be included in trials of 138 patients randomly assigned to the electric needle points plus moxibustion group and western medicine paroxetine group , a total of 12 weeks of treatment . Before treatment , after 6 weeks of treatment , after 12 weeks of treatment , clinical monitoring of PTSD Scale ( CAPS ) . Hamilton Depression Rating Scale ( HAMD ) , Hamilton Anxiety Scale ( HAMA ) three scale rating to assess the efficacy of . During the first four weeks of treatment side effects scale ( TESS ) before treatment, once a week, every two weeks, five to twelve weeks of treatment once assessment , evaluation of drug side effects . Results: the completion of the test well , the two groups of balanced baseline in good condition , comparability . GAPS Scale , HAMD scale and HAMA scale score analysis found that the score group before and after treatment , there were significant differences ( P lt ; 0.01 ) groups was not statistically significant ( P gt ; 0.05 ) . The the CAPS scale , the HAMD scale and the HAMA scale score reduction rate analysis found that the reduction rate group of different time periods , there were significant differences ( P lt ; 0.01 ) between the two groups , only the amount of HAMA Standings reduction rate was statistically significant ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , CAPS scale and HAMD scale score reduction rate between the two groups was no significant difference ( P GT ; 0.05 ) Conclusion: The overall efficacy and western medicine paroxetine quite electric needle hole and moxibustion treatment of PTSD , but improvement in anxiety symptoms than western medicine paroxetine , and the method is safe , worthy of promotion.
